Managing Director - Bermuda Firm

The Managing Director will be responsible for the direction and management of corporate recovery, forensic and liquidation assignments, and day-to-day supervision of personnel and client priorities.  The successful candidate will employ appropriate discretion and professionalism in performing his/her duties and will be expected to demonstrate good judgment and foresight in decision making, meet tight deadlines, and provide effective guidance and managerial support to all members of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree or international accounting qualification with at least ten years’ experience in investigative work and insolvency/corporate recovery.  Working knowledge of the relevant legal framework, exceptional report writing skills and interpersonal characteristics are essential.  A proven track record of establishing and marketing an insolvency / corporate recovery practice would be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will also have had experience acting as a court appointed fiduciary and be in a position to assume this role in current and future appointments.
